Lauren won the Junior and Novice Divisions at the NPC Washington State competition tonight in Seattle in her 1st show!
Jenny placed 3rd in very competitive Open and Masters 35+ divisions at the OCB Natural Kingdom in Orlando in her 2nd show.
I’m very proud of both of these ladies and all the hard work that has gone into these accomplishments. Now go enjoy some good food! Coach’s orders ?
